A leading company in social and mobile gaming development, entertaining millions world wide, is looking for a Monetization Manager master-mind to join its incredible team. This is a role that involves working with different teams, coming up with briefs but also being data driven - so the ideal candidate will have the perfect balance between analytical abilities and creative thinking.
Be responsible for managing all players that have ever joined the games across different segments according to their motivation and behaviors
Develop a quarterly and monthly plan aligned with the strategy that leverages all product features and marketing tools in addition to coming up with exciting new innovative ideas and communicating them to millions of players
Own Revenue and DAU KPIs, plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to stay, play and pay aligned with the retention monetization targets
Develop daily promotional plans and be in charge of their implementation through the campaign design, creatively develop all communication channels, launch the campaign, monitor their results and react accordingly, all while working closely with the creative team, operations team, product owners and BA team.
Own a product line with a full responsibility on its launch and ongoing usage
2+ years of experience as Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, CRM or Product Marketing (in the online industry- an advantage)
Proven analytical competencies
Solid understanding of consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games - advantage
High level of English including both written and verbal communication skills
