1. Assisting the Compliance Officer in supervising existing Compliance Programs in Strauss Group, and in preparing and implementing new Compliance Programs.
2. Ongoing management of the Global Anti Bribery and Corruption Compliance Program, along with counseling Strauss Group companies on the subject.
3. Implementation of Anti Bribery and Corruption policies and procedures and assistance in managing the training program.
Monitoring of Third Parties throughout the Strauss Group companies .4.
Organizing and managing Strauss Group's policies and procedures .5.
Providing assistance to different Business Units in creating and writing policies .6.
Familiar with the field of Compliance from a large organization, government office, consulting firm or law firm.
Strong English oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and procedures (e.g. FCPA, ISO, GDPR).
Project management skills, including the ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively and handle multiple deadlines.
Business oriented, resourceful and proactive.
High expressiveness and experience in standing in front of an audience.
