Plus500 is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative that will be responsible for the interactions between our company and our customers.
Customer Support Representative in Tier 3 provides more experienced and detailed support services to Plus500 customers escalated.
The position includes communication with the Support team agents and other internal departments in order to resolve and investigate issues escalated.
High level of written English/Hebrew
Previous experience in Tier 3
Ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure.
Ability to apply judgment based on general guidelines.
