Position title- Online Retail Sales Manager.
• Develop fruitful business relationships with Buyers, Merchandisers and Category Managers among German online retail partners (key account management).
• Establishment and improvement of brand stores on German online retail platforms.
• Prepare and execute marketing plans with German online retail accounts.
• Strategically and wisely implement German online retail partners’ tools and initiatives to maximize sales.
• Plan and spend budgets according to strategy.
• Analyze and understand trends and competition to ensure strategy is aligned with all relevant exterior factors.
• Constantly monitor KPIs to ensure top-notch execution.
• Identify target German online retail platforms to fit the brand’s commercial strategy.
• Establish contact with decision-makers among target platforms through various means (direct contact, campaigns, exhibitions and events, agents etc.).
• Negotiate commercial agreements.
• Report to International Online Retail Sales Director and Germany subsidiary General Manager.

• Must have experience with international B2B sales in the consumer product industry.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent German, both spoken and written- substantial advantage (not mandatory).
• Strong learning abilities and passion for learning.
• A real team player and people’s person.
• Highly organized.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Capable and loves working independently.
• Extremely diligent and goal oriented.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with retailers- advantage, experience working with online retailers- substantial advantage.
• Experience in the beauty industry- advantage.
• Experience working with BI, CRM, Priority, Outlook and SimilarWeb- advantage.
