• Responsible for administration of Israel compensation and benefits programs
• Assist with EMEA (Europe, Africa and middle east countries) compensation programs
• Reports and work closely with Director, Total Rewards EMEA - focusing on various
compensation and benefits programs/ tasks
• Supports required analysis and data submission (salary surveys, benefits inventory
and trends, pay position, etc.)
• Act as HR focal point to system updates (Workday) and HR operation related tasks
• Support Annual Compensation Review processes (in the reference period only bonus)
• Align to Practices and Policies provided by corporate

דרישות התפקיד

• Good system orientation. Workday -Advantage
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Preferred – Economic, business management, Industrial
Engineer)
• 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Compensation and benefits coordinator /Analyst experience in a global company
• Second or third workplace, kin to expand expertise in C&B field
• Good interpersonal skills. Multitasking capabilities
