Deloitte Catalyst, Deloitte's Global Startup Practice, is focused on working with and for startups. We help our clients succeed by providing end-to-end solutions to their needs during their entire startup life cycle.
The Client and Market Growth team will support and help drive the growth of Deloitte's market share in the startup market. The team reports up to the Deloitte Catalyst Leader and will work closely with the Ecosystem (VCs, Startups, and Entrepreneurs) and with our various Deloitte Partners and teams.
Role Summary
The primary responsibility of the Client and Market growth team is to support the growth of Deloitte's market share in the Startup Ecosystem by driving more revenue and more value to our clients. The VC relationship will work with our strategic investors to make sure they are successful with Deloitte's different practices.
You will build and enhance our relationships with VC firms, investors and the start-ups ecosystem. We are looking for a professional that ideally has Start-Up ecosystem & Venture Capital knowledge and appetite with a strong stakeholder experience. You will contribute to an emerging team in a business that is experiencing rapid and strong growth.
A successful candidate will be a self-starter who has demonstrated high level performance in a constantly changing environment. You will bring strong analytical skills, high energy, and will be able to drive people and actions (a Do-er in nature).
Overall Responsibilities
• Establish and strength VC relationships in the market
• Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
• Monitor and manage our interfaces and added value for VCs' portfolio, delivering it internally and externally
• Ensure our VCs receive the highest level of value, commercial and operational
• Execute projects from conception, to execution, to tracking and reporting
• Manage multiple interfaces with additional Deloitte Catalyst teams
• Work alongside Deloitte Catalyst US and Global teams to align on strategy and business goals

דרישות התפקיד

• 1-3 Years of experience working with VCs
• Proven and consistent track record of executing against growth & KPIs
• Growth-oriented; loves challenges and takes initiative
• High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in a high velocity environment
• Consistently demonstrate high level of integrity and ownership
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in Hebrew and English
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree - Must
