Join TAR Business team as Pre-Sale Technical Specialist for the HLS and Defense sectors.
Lead the technical sessions with partners and end-users during pre and post sales activities. Responsibility for preparing technical proposals, technical presentations and solution scoping for potential prospects.
Participate and represent the company in technical sessions with customers during pre/post-sale, relevant HLS and Security related domestic and international exhibitions.
Matrix work with various internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle - including Sales, Operations, Procurement, Legal, Finance and more.
Reporting to the Solution Management Team Leader.
• Background in HLS/Defense sectors – ADVANTAGE
• Proven experience as Pre-sale/Technical Specialist in the HLS/Defense sectors - ADVANTAGE
• An autodidact professional with strong analytical skills, eager to learn new domains.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing needs of multiple, rapidly evolving tasks and initiatives.
• Works independently in an evolving dynamic environment.
• Attention to details, accuracy and precision. Independently identifying and solving problems.
• Ability to adapt to, build and maintain relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written with excellent presentation and demonstration skills
• Fluent English – MUST
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – MUST
