One of Israel's leading PPC agencies is hiring an able marketing operation and client manager.The role includes becoming clients' point of contact, understanding their requirements and ensuring they are met, preparing reports and presentations for clients and troubleshoot any account issues.
Become clients' main point of contact within the agency.
Develop and strengthen client relationships.
Ensure client goals and requirements are met.
Report insights and results to clients.
Coordinate internally with advertising teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Plan client roadmaps and troubleshoot issues.
Brainstorm and develop new ideas based on client requirements and internal team input.
2+ years of experience in B2B client or account management.
Understanding of online marketing including Google Analytics, Pixel tracking, GTM, and Excel.
Experience with Accent or MySQL - advantage.
Familiar with CRM tools.
Native English speaker.
Confident and able to professionally represent the company.
Strong presentation skills.
Creative, able to convert requirements into vision.
