We are looking for a talented Customer Support Engineer who will join our awesome team!

You will be responsible for:
• Provide support to end users, partners, distributors and subsidiaries
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools, and email
• Handle escalations from Tier 2 to Tier 4
• Candidate will assist the customer base during installations

דרישות התפקיד

• 2+ years of Software and Networking experience in Technical Support/Tier 3 – Mandatory
• Proven experience with international customers – Mandatory
• Strong understanding of Networking, Windows/ Unix OS, SQL – Mandatory
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems
• Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment
• Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change
• Ability to handle clients professionally throughout
• Strong English - written and verbal communication skills, Russian / Spanish – Advantage
• Practical Engineer / Application Engineer
