A successful online marketing services company is seeking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
The recruiter will communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities and will be responsible for E2E recruitment process.
• Sourcing candidates using diverse online channels to discover the best potential talent
• E2E recruitment process
• Working independently with hiring managers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sources and hiring agencies
• Craft and engage with passive candidates
• Onboarding of new employees
• 2 years of experience in recruiting– must
• 1-2 years of experience in online marketing recruiting – an advantage
• Experience in conducting F2F interviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
