Our Customer Service Department located at the office in Beit Shemesh, near Jerusalem (Israel) is looking for a highly motivated
Customer Service & Planning Manager (f/m) (100%)
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Organizing, tracking and fulfilment of all sell-in orders in the way to drive relevant customer success and maximize company profitability within the agreed stock levels
•Achieving full control over retail and consignment inventory
•Daily monitoring of inventory level and quantities adequacy, assortment and standards
•Drive data integrity by organizing, optimizing and validating the creation and maintenance of master data needed for flawless order processes
•Keeping track of the steering operations (new customer integration) to guarantee a smooth system flow while respecting timelines of period closings
•Ensure logistic operations are in line with customer expectations
•Being the direct voice and the first center of contact to our Customers while fulfilling all in- and outbound communication channels
•Driving Digital experience and innovation management in close relationship with our Digital Transformation team to ensure proper usage, leverage and further development of our digital tools like CRM or B2B

Your ideal profile:


•Several years of experience in a similar role gained ideally in fashion industry
•Fluency in English & Hebrew
•Advanced MS Office (especially Excel)
•SAP knowledge
•Self motivated with good communication skills
•Reliable, accurate, detailed oriented with strong analytical skills
•Ability to work independently with tight timelines and multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
