Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data;
Assist with monthly status reports, and monthly and yearend closings processes;
Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, deductions and department/division transfers;
Oversee time attendance information and addressing discrepancies;
Assist with managing vacation and sickness and absence files;
Handle outsourcing and recruitment vendors and accruals;
Insert employee personal data to the payroll system ("Hilan") based on signed employment agreement forward by HR representative;
Update the payroll system with the car lease agreements or other benefits to calculate tax value;
Respond to payroll queries and concerns from employees within timelines;
Work closely with HR regarding any problems, discrepancies or issues with the payroll processing as well as hires and terminations;
Support Payroll Manager with special projects and workflow process improvements;
Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed;
Perform other duties as required to support accounting department;

דרישות התפקיד

Certified payroll controller diploma;
Up to 2 years of hand-on experience as payroll assistant
Moderate level of Excel proven experience
Ability to maintain a strong level of confidentiality
Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, commitment to details, and intensity to meet requirements on a timely basis
Experience with financial systems, Hilan or equal - an advantage
Experience in a global corporate environment with at least 200+ employees - an advantage
