We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager who could drive our Africa region business.
Duties will include working plan, setting goals, implementing the plan, engaging customers and partners, and managing the relevant business process.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the local market the process, and dynamics, knowledge in Power and Network is a must, preferred engineering scale, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is a must.
Location – working out of Israel.
Analyze business in target countries, manage local sales teams of AIO subsidiaries, manage the partners of specific countries, involvement in all business processes, closing Pos.
Initiating strategic partnerships with leading companies in AIO business sector in the target markets
Closing current deals and building a pipeline with significant growth potential.
Ability to reply independently on technical requirements.
Electronic engineer - an advantage
Telecom Network skills
Control and Management of technical sales require the ability to sell in complex solutions.
Experience in managing partners and remote sales team.
Managing several business processes in parallel
Managing, leading, and motivating local sales teams
High-level excellent communication skills with customers
Managing business process with tier 1 customers
Experience in technical projects sales in telecommunication technology
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales working in Africa
