Electra Group is looking for a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst to join our growing Information Systems team to help develop and maintain our Salesforce application.
This role entails collaboration with executive leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Be part of a team that executes and implements a Salesforce's different modules in Electra Group.
Administrator of our Service and Sales modules.
Design and define the business processes and involved in execution them in a highly complex integration environment
Build and deliver solutions using point and click, code, 3rd party tools and APIs Document
design and test system implementations and launch support of solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Resolve undefined business processes or bugs.
Focal point contact for hundreds Salesforce users.
Working with vendors support teams and external service providers
2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator
Experience as an implementer - MUST
Good understanding of business processes. Service and Sales.
Team player, organized, good Excellent relationship building and people skills together with the ability to work well independently
Building flows - MUST
Working on Service Cloud - advantage
Working on Servicemax – advantage
Salesforce admin certification - advantage
