or an innovate company with cutting edge technologies which is based in Ramat-Gan we are seeking a hard-working, independent, highly-motivated, Director of Business Development to join our growing Sales team, and play a key role in building and developing the Business Development team.
In this role, you will recruit, train, and lead our BDRs team, work closely with our Sales, Account Executive and Marketing teams to accelerate the growth of the business by generating new opportunities for qualified sales, as well as being hands-on.The BDR Team Lead reports directly to the CRO.

Recruit, build, train and manage the BDR team.
Work closely with the BDRs to make sure they meet their goals.
Hands-on role.
Proactively reach out to inbound and outbound leads.
Interact with prospects through direct phone calls, emails, and social media.
Work in collaboration with the marketing team on:
Maximizing the potential of the existing leads.
Planning and executing outbound sales campaigns.
Develop templates for direct outreach and content marketing approaches.
Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities.
Stay informed about new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers.
Consistently achieve targets.
Constantly evaluate the team’s KPIs and think of ways to improve and optimize processes.
Full-Time position In our office in Ramat-Gan.

Proven work experience as BDR team leader
Experience in recruiting and training BDR’s
Proven work experience (minimum 2.5 years) as an BDR or similar role in a B2B software/SaaS company, with the US and European markets.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls and cold reach-out), and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, SalesLoft).
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Dynamic, high energy, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Managerial experience.
Track record in achieving sales quotas.
