In this position you will be part of the Learning & People Development team that is responsible for global IT's employee learning & development around the globe. This includes:



Strategic planning of global learning and development programs
Leading E2E global, complex and strategic learning & development projects with different partners within global IT and external vendors, according to business focuses and best practices
Working with managers and SMEs to evaluate’ skills gaps and identify relevant learning solutions to address them
Designing and leading the implementation of learning processes and tools, where applicable


Main responsibilities:



Conduct needs assessments and plan, develop, implement, and deliver training curriculum to address global and local training needs
Build creative and unique, tailor-made development programs, using multiple tools and methods. Learning & Development programs are various, in all subject areas (e.g. Professional knowledge, Technical skills, "Power skills", Culture aspects)
Use project management skills to ensure all details of the training programs are handled with quality and care
Monitor, measure and assess the learning programs and activities for the IT management units you support

דרישות התפקיד

Presentation skills, program management and detailed oriented
Proven track record in executing successful learning programs – an advantage
Current knowledge of effective & new learning methods and tools
Large global organizational background – a must
IT background and knowledge
Highly proficient in English
Relevant degree in Organizational Psychology/ Organizational behavior – an advantage
Proven experience in similar role - an advantage
Proven experience from a global company – an advantage
Experience working with vendors
