The Multimedia and Support specialist is a member of End Point Technologies Team, oversees the technical operation and maintenance of all Multimedia systems supported by the IT- including conference rooms, event spaces and classrooms. Provide maintenance, installation and integration of equipment and services.
This person is responsible to provide end to end exceptional support to Strauss top management, this person would prioritize making things happen, dedicating themselves to supporting our top management and will act as a Single Point of contact and work with all IT teams to provide them with best solution on time.
Two years of experience in related fields, Proven work experience and strong troubleshooting skills across various technologies
Professional understanding of AV technologies: UC & VC Systems, digital audiovisual systems, computer interfaces, Zoom and Teams platforms
Demonstrates strong customer service skills, experience with providing service to top management
Knowledge and experience on MDM System like SCCM & Intune - an advantage
Write, maintain, and review technical documentation and KBs
We want someone who is passionate about IT and Multimedia, self-motivated, Can Do approach
Willing to work at unconditional hours (weekends if needed)
