FP&A & Customer Lifecycle Management
In this role you will:
Lead and drive the implementation of Financial Planning and Analysis & Contract Lifecycle (Business plan, monthly closing, contract management, issue customer offers, control prices and business partnering)
? Lead the design and implementation of the contract lifecycle with the support from commercial functions
? Use your insights and business knowledge to forecast financials and prepare reports that help the organization on decision making and strategy definition;
? Guarantee the proper level of controls are in place guaranteeing integrity and compliance of our work with legal and regulatory requirements;
Operational excellence in Financials and business partnering

? Lead the function in the delivery of their goals
? Protect and enhance the Company’s reputation through rigorous compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements, and ensuring an effective control environment exists and is maintained;
? Collaborate with the wider organization to encourage and promote policies and practices that empower our teams to deliver a superior customer experience, while also protecting the interests of our organization
? Work closely with key contacts across the business to ensure regularly updated on commercial issues, business performance and new developments that may impact on underlying Finance processes as well as identifying and sharing best practice
? Proactively drive necessary process and reporting improvements which automate and add value
? Ensure team are suitably resourced, trained and understand criteria to succeed in core tasks of General Accounting, Balance Sheet Management, Treasury, Fixed Assets and Contract Accounting
Maximize customer experience in Customer Lifecycle management
? Manages the team that prepares the contracts, calculates prices, deals, updates the ERP with accurate customer information and provides the offers to the sales team;
? Guarantees proper compliance with standard contract models, storage and works in a close collaboration with sales to maximize the customer experience;
? Sets up and maintains global calculation deals tool to be used before issuing financial offers, also guaranteeing the integrity of deals and accuracy of volumes and products included in the offers;
? Ensures proper upload of data in SAP to guarantee for accurate invoicing for the customer;

דרישות התפקיד

Who you are:
? 5 years + managerial experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Pricing or similar role
? Certified accountant
? Experience in the Israel Diagnostics / Medical Devices / Pharma Markets is a plus
? Strong experience in project management, drive process improvements and set the priorities
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work with different stakeholders, Agile mindset
? Knowledge of ERP systems - SAP preferred
? High level fluency in Hebrew and English
