Lead 6 employees in 3 departments - media, mobile and creative.
Plan, implement and execute digital media strategies.
Apply analytical tools and processes to data to generate campaign insights.
Negotiate terms with premium media sources.
Maintain and strengthen vendor and partner relationships.
Manage media budget.
Build and present statistical and performance reports.
Initiate business development projects for the media department.
Explore and implement new technical tools, exchanges and platforms as needed.
Provide company-wide media leadership.
Vast experience running Facebook campaigns. Google and mobile - an advantage.
Media buying experience.
Experience managing large budgets.
Team leading experience.
Proven ability to coach, train, mentor and lead employees to success.
Analytical skills and optimization mindset.
Fluent, high level English in writing and speech.
Passionate about the media field and hungry for new opportunities, tech and platforms.
