o Prepare materials needed for meetings
o Ensure the office work-environment is kept and organized to a high standard (both in Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv office)
o Routine work with varied vendors in the fields of office supplies, telecom, company car, equipment etc.
o Manage and supervise the reception activity
o Coordinate business meetings & events
o Handle and track invoices & receipts from suppliers

דרישות התפקיד

o 2-4 years experience with office management / operations
o Experience in managing calendars, expenses, and logistics
o Good organizational skills
o Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
o A 'People's person' - excellent interpersonal skills, service oriented, team player
o Ability to work independently, be proactive, and set priorities
o Proficiency with Word, Excel PPT & email-related software
o Good communications skills in English
