In this role you will:
Maximize the customer value through deal modeling and deal proposals based on customers needs

Being the main point of contact for the sales organization to capture the needs of the customers and translate it into Financial offers that can bring benefit to the final customer;
Calculates different sales scenarios by using the currently available Roche tools, and provides a timely response to the commercial teams;
Guarantees the inclusion of all necessary information in deals and offers before submission, supports the commercial teams on placing offers for public customers in RFP’s/tenders;

Ensure all elements of customer contracts are reflected accurately in Roche systems, their contractual integrity is maintained and they are reported on accurately for the benefit of all internal and external stakeholders

Work with other Roche departments to ensure customer contracts are supported by a robust supply chain and reflected accurately in Roche systems
Ensure key internal accounts impacted by Contract Lifecycle Management are reconciled
Proactively search for opportunities in continuous improvement that achieve internal efficiency and improved customer experience
Draft Sub Contracts as required, ensure they are signed by all necessary parties and shared with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
Ensure customer contracts are set up accurately in all relevant Roche systems within the Contract Lifecycle systems framework
To review the signed contract for all won deals, and compare to the contract set up within all internal systems (GDC, SAP, CMC,Salesforce etc), investigate anomalies and rectify where possible.
Draft Contract Change Notices as required, ensure they are signed by all necessary parties and subsequently shared with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

Guarantees proper pricing and price lists maintained frequently
Supports the team in the process of pricing calculation for specific business lines in order to guarantee profitability analysis of customers by creating value to Roche and the final customer;
Extracts and analyzes data for current contracts, prepares strategies for price and volume of products;

דרישות התפקיד

Who you are:
5 years experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Pricing or similar role
Experience in the Israel Diagnostics / Medical Devices / Pharma Markets is a plus
Strong experience in internal processes, drive process improvements and set the priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work with different stakeholders, Agile mindset
Knowledge of ERP systems - SAP is highly preferred
High level fluency in Hebrew and English
