iStar, part of the Avnon Group is looking for regional sales Manager.

Establish a wide network of end-users, partners, agents and distributors in the region.

Manage and lead the techno-commercial sessions, presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

Participate and represent the Company in relevant HLS and Security related domestic and international exhibitions.

Matrix management of various stakeholders throughout the sales cycle - including account team members: Pre-Sales and project manager, as well as Operations, Procurement, Legal, Finance and more.

Play a major role in crafting the company strategy and product roadmap

• Background in HLS/Defense sectors -. Advantage

Requirements

• Military experience in Aerospace or UAV operation - Advantage

• At least two years of proven experience in international sales.

• An autodidact professional with strong analytical skills, eager to learn new domains.

• Proven ability to prioritize competing needs of multiple, rapidly evolving tasks and initiatives.

• Works independently in an evolving dynamic environment.

• Attention to details, accuracy, and precision. Independently identifying and solving problems.

• Ability to adapt to, build and maintain relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders.

• Strong הcommunication skills, oral and written with excellent presentation and demonstration skills

• Fluent English– MUST, additional languages an advantage
