We are looking for a responsible and organized office manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our office and support the CEO.
- Provide general administrative support to our employees
- Be the right hand of the CEO and assist the upper management-
- Manage ongoing office services and supplies to ensure that the office runs smoothly
- Management of purchase orders – office & lab supplies
- Take part in HR responsibilities, such as recruiting, new employees onboarding processes -and welfare activities (holidays, happy hours, company trips, etc.
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Oversee and coordinate hosting of the company's guests
- Business trips – book flights and hotels for employees traveling abroad
- Handle invoice payments, credit card reports, office expenses, etc.

דרישות התפקיד

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent English – both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
