As the E-commerce Marketing Manager, you will manage the implementation and development of marketing plans to fulfill the e-commerce vision and strategy for achieving sales and goals. You will also be responsible for optimizing our digital presence across various online platforms and ensuring smooth and straightforward customer experiences throughout the buying journey.
• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Oversee full-cycle digital advertising campaigns, encompassing performance metric analysis and strategy optimization through a data-centric decision-making approach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message across all online channels.
• Plan and monitor digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social media ads, influencer partnerships) to achieve targeted ROI and conversion goals.
• Supervise in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and integrate findings into the marketing strategy.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer lifetime value, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, create compelling content and drive email engagement to nurture leads and drive sales.
• Manage social media strategies that align with overall brand goals, utilizing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing trends to continuously enhance the company's online presence.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully driving e-commerce sales growth and achieving marketing KPIs.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of making informed decisions based on available insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to devise innovative marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high performance in demanding conditions.
• Project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
