We are looking for an Analysis Team Leader in the AI and Data Department.
As the Analysis Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts, ensuring that their work provides actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Your role will involve overseeing the analysis of large datasets, developing data-driven strategies, and ensuring that the insights generated by your team are aligned with the company’s business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, product managers, R&D teams, and business leaders, to ensure that analytical insights are effectively integrated into product development, operations, and strategic initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, providing technical, methodological, and business guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
Oversee the team’s workflow, ensuring that analytical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Lead the maintenance of structured and standardized work methodologies in the field of data analytics, ensuring consistency and enhancing data-driven business decision-making.
Oversee the analysis of complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business growth.
Initiate, develop and implement data-driven strategies that support product development, customer service enhancement, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and ensure that insights are aligned with business goals.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that can be easily understood and implemented by non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business processes, product development, and strategic decision-making.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of data analysts, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights.
Expertise in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong understanding of data analytics methodologies, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
