Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires frequent frontal meetings with clients, so strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct frontal meetings with clients to present and demonstrate our services, addressing their needs and objections.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
