?We are looking for an excellent Supply Chain Manager
to join our team?in Israel.
Job Description:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Manage procurement of materials, components, and services—ensuring availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance management.
Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning processes to ensure on-time delivery and service level targets.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance department’s resilience, agility, and efficiency, driving cost reduction to support COGS long term goals.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team including planning, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support operational readiness, product launches, and strategic projects.
Drive cultural and process transformation through data-driven decision making, lean tools, and structured problem-solving
