To drive data-based decision making, manage marketing and sales budgets, coordinate portfolio initiatives, and oversee consumer complaint processes, delivering consumer-centric solutions that support sustainable business growth.
The incumbent is responsible to support strategic decision-making and strategy formulation by:
-Leading research initiatives to generate consumer, market, and competitor insights.
-Managing and tracking the marketing and sales budget, including PO and GR processes.
-Supporting product launches and portfolio management, monitoring market performance.
-Handling consumer complaints with internal stakeholders, ensuring resolution and prevention.
-Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment and smooth execution of plans.

דרישות התפקיד

High Education degree. Marketing and/or Business administration/management
3 years of experience in marketing reseach and data analysis, preferably for FMCG company (Marketing Intelligence function or Market research agency)
Fluent English (spoken & written)
"Advanced user of MS Office applications, StoreNext, Power BI, Retail Audit tool
Analysis & Synthesis, Consumer Marketing Knowledge, Communication Skill"
