• Coordinate project documentation with clients, JLL, contractors, and designers
• Monitor client document submissions
• Communicate with client Space managers
• Update plans and programs as needed
• Prepare necessary signage
• Participate in project meetings
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
Technical: Advanced AutoCAD, PowerPoint & Excel proficiency
Client Focus: Strong relationship management and service delivery skills
Quality: High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
