Job Overview:
We’re looking for a versatile and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Product and Customer Success Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about product development and customer satisfaction who is ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to define the product roadmap and prioritize features.
Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback into actionable product requirements and continuous improvements.
Act as the internal “voice of the customer,” representing user needs in all product discussions and roadmap decisions.
Manage onboarding and training for new and early-adopter customers to drive smooth adoption and satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing proactive support, training, and guidance to ensure ongoing success.
Monitor key product and customer metrics, including adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and churn risk, to inform strategic actions.
Iterate on product features based on usage data and customer insights to maximize value and usability.
Develop and maintain product documentation and release materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Drive retention and customer success outcomes by identifying challenges early and coordinating solutions across teams.
Qualifications:
Technical experience background in System/support engineering or similar
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related educational background
Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Jerusalem(Har Hotzvim Hi-Tech Park).
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, SaaS, and cloud technologies.
