Compliance Paralegal/Junior Counsel

Mul-T-Lock, a worldwide leader in developing, manufacturing and marketing of High Security access solutions for institutional, commercial, industrial, residential and automotive applications, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal or junior counsel to join our team and support our compliance activities, especially in the area of export control.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist business managers with screening business partners in the export control system, including review, organize, and upload data, and monitor alerts.
• Identify potential issues (“red flags”) and report them to the relevant teams.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance documents (such as undertakings and codes of conduct) are signed by business partners.
• Support other compliance and corporate governance tasks as needed.
• This is a full-time or part-time position, based in our Yavne office.
