Who are we?
At FMR, we develop end-to-end technological solutions for all entities in the Israeli capital market, including comprehensive systems, customized software, and unique modules. We are looking for an experienced and motivated QA Team Leader to lead our quality assurance efforts and manage a team of QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual testing), including task management, performance reviews, and professional development.
• Define and implement QA processes, methodologies, and best practices across projects.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and system analysts to ensure clear understanding of requirements and high test coverage.
• Review and analyze system specifications, define test strategies, and oversee execution of manual tests.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all software releases, with a strong focus on functionality, performance, and security – particularly in the commercial/trading domain.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA tools, frameworks, and workflows.
