Leading the company’s internal IT support function
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Team Lead to oversee and operate the company’s internal IT environment while leading the support team.
This role focuses on delivering an excellent IT service experience, managing the company’s internal IT operations, and ensuring high-quality support for all employees.
The position combines hands-on technical work with day-to-day team leadership and close collaboration with managers and key stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Daily Operations
• Lead, mentor, and support the internal IT Support team
• Prioritize service tickets, manage workload, and improve team processes.
• Track performance and ensure consistently high service quality.
User Environment & Microsoft 365 / AD Management
• Full ownership of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments for 250 users.
• Manage users, groups, licenses, permissions, and security policies.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
IT Infrastructure & Technical Operations
• Support and maintain endpoints (Windows/Mac), office hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Operate and maintain office wireless networks and meeting-room multimedia systems.
• Manage physical security systems (CCTV, access control).
• Handle complex technical issues and escalations with internal teams and vendors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with company leadership and provide VIP support as needed.
• Coordinate IT purchasing requests and manage equipment inventory.
• Be available for urgent issues outside regular working hours.
