We Are Hiring: ML Researcher ????
We are looking for a highly skilled ML Researcher with strong expertise in tabular, predictive, and ranking models, and a production-first mindset. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves building models end-to-end, validating hypotheses, and ensuring scalable real-world performance.
Role Summary ??
In this role, you will:
Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models
Contribute to production-oriented modeling across the funnel
Design and run measurable, data-driven experiments
Collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional teams
Optimize datasets, features, and model pipelines at scale
דרישות התפקיד
Minimum Requirements (Must Have) ??
Strong hands-on experience with tabular ML models (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Logistic Regression)
Proven experience in data wrangling, dataset preparation, and feature engineering
Experience training, tuning, and evaluating models at scale
Solid understanding of model validation techniques
Strong Python skills and familiarity with core ML libraries
Ability to translate hypotheses into measurable experiments
Experience working closely with data engineering pipelines
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) ?
Experience with inference engineering (packaging models, building inference endpoints, optimizing latency)
Exposure to model monitoring: drift, data quality checks, performance tracking
Experience with Docker and serving frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, TorchServe, Bento, etc.)
Experience deploying ML models in production environments
Background with ranking, scoring, or optimization models
