Own and drive the overall quality strategy across processes, products, and project deliverables
Analyze quality performance, trends, and risks, and define clear improvement plans
Provide visibility into product quality status, defect trends, and readiness to support time-to-market goals

Lead and govern quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with management
Define, track, and report quality KPIs and targets
Coordinate internal and external activities required to meet quality objectives

Lead quality-related engagements with customers
Drive continuous quality improvement across production lines, products, and sites
Prepare and lead external audits (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
Conduct internal audits, ensure corrective actions, and integrate outcomes into improvement plans
Build and promote a strong quality culture through tools, training, workshops, and best practices
Define, , and maintain company processes and procedures to support consistency and continuous improvement
Lead, mentor, and develop quality and QA engineering teams

Authority & Decision Rights
Authority to stop production in case of critical quality issues
Final approval of quality declarations and certification materials
Approve or block project gates based on defined quality criteria
Update and adjust quality KPIs and targets as needed
