Retention & Account Representative

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing Arabic-speaking clients.
• Proactively engage with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to increase trading activity.
• Assist clients with account-related matters and provide guidance on trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
• Encourage continued account activity, funding, and client retention.
• Work toward individual and team performance targets.
tive or fluent Arabic speaker – mandatory.
• Previous experience in retention, account handling, sales, or customer support (Forex/financial background is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and CRM systems.
• Results-oriented attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
