A leading and dynamic construction company with approximately 600 users is looking for a talented Priority System Support Specialist to join our Information Systems team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end users in the Priority system across a wide range of standard modules and custom developments
User and permissions management - creating new users, defining roles, and managing access rights within the system
Manage the service ticket system - tracking requests, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues while maintaining a high level of service
Ensure a high-quality user experience by delivering professional, timely, and effective support
Maintain a strong service-oriented image by professionally representing the Information Systems department to internal users

Mandatory:
At least one year of experience working with the Priority system
Academic degree - preferred
Full military service
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
Full-time availability at the company’s offices in Airport City
Advantage:
Familiarity with multiple modules within the Priority system
Previous experience in medium to large organizations
Understanding of business processes
