We are looking for a mid-level Social Media & Community Manager to own, build and scale all our Social Media channels. This is a dual-function hands-on execution role for someone who can switch fluently between creative content production and authentic human engagement. You will be the day-to-day voice of our brand building our social presence
while simultaneously nurturing the communities where our audience actually lives
What You'll Do
Plan and execute a content strategy across multiple channels (FB, IG, X, YT, Reddit, Telegram and others)
Writing clear, high-quality copy in excellent English
Produce and schedule a consistent cadence of posts, stories, reels, and video content tailored to each platform
Manage day-to-day community engagement on Telegram and Reddit — responding, moderating, and connecting
Identify growth opportunities to engage in wider conversations beyond owned channels
Monitoring performance, learning from data, and optimising content accordingly
Staying up to date with trends, formats, and best practices across all social platforms
:Requirements
+3 years experience in similar role
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strong Communication and writing skills, you have the ability to craft original engaging messages
Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies across various platforms
Familiarity social media performance optimization
Ability to maintain brand consistency and voice across digital channels.
Genuine comfort with community management: you enjoy real conversations, not just broadcasting
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Nice to have
Native-level English
Familiarity with social analytics or scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
Influencer/partnership management experience
