As our Growth & Content Marketing Manager for the French market, you’ll own the hands-on execution of content-led marketing activities for the French market. This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role for a full-stack marketer who can write, build, and launch growth initiatives. Working directly with the Head of Marketing, you’ll turn strategy into content, campaigns, and funnels that drive measurable business results.
All content and market-facing work is done in native French. We are not looking for someone to just translate from English; we are building marketing that speaks to the local French audience natively, with the right tone, cultural references, and market context.
You will coordinate with our local sales team and stakeholders in France, while driving day-to-day execution. Success in this role means consistently turning content, campaigns, webinars, and events into stronger funnels, better engagement, and higher-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Copywriting: Write clear, engaging content and copy for landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, blog posts, ads, social posts, video scripts and marketing assets.
Localization & Market Adaptation: Adapt marketing messages, product narratives and campaign ideas to the French market, making sure they feel native, relevant and aligned with local audience expectations.
Campaigns, Funnels & Growth Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns from messaging and ad copy to landing pages, post-click experiences, and conversion paths.
SEO & Organic Growth: Create and optimize content for organic visibility, including blog posts, landing pages, product content, use cases and educational assets for the French market.
Sales Alignment & Pipeline Support: Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead handoff, lead quality, and pipeline contribution. You’ll help create sales enablement materials, support lead scoring and segmentation logic, and make sure marketing activity connects clearly to revenue opportunities.
Webinars, Video & Educational Content: Plan and execute the marketing side of webinars, product videos, YouTube content and educational initiatives, from topics and messaging to promotion, follow-up and content repurposing.
Events & Co-Marketing: Plan meetups and sponsorship activities, from content and speaker coordination to promotion, registration and post-event follow-up.
Native / mother-tongue level French. You must write marketing content that reads as naturally French, with proper tone, idioms, and market awareness.
3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in SaaS, B2B tech, digital-first companies, or marketing agencies.
Proven experience creating marketing content across landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, blog posts or sales enablement assets.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, workflows, segments, email campaigns, and nurture journeys.
Strong funnel understanding, including how content, landing pages, email sequences, and sales follow-up generate qualified leads.
Comfortable using marketing data, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve execution.
Good professional English and/or Hebrew for internal communication.
