אינסייט השמה1. Deal flow: find/discover, identify and evaluate new early stage projects and opportunities Conduct comprehensive evaluation process covering technology, IP, clinical need, feasibility etc.
2. Prepare and present projects, assessment and recommendation to the internal Investment Committee and to the IIA.
3. Assist prospect projects in defining fundable milestones and derive a correspondent development plan and budget.
4. Support submission applications for financial support to the IIA.
5. Mentor and support R&D and clinical related tasks as well as BD and Marketing activities.
7. Present the company and its portfolio in various opportunities in Israel and abroad.
8. Keep up to date with market trends and landscape.
Job Requirements:1. Strong technological and clinical background in healthcare technologies and product and clinical development.
2. Technological background in the fields of data science, SW applications and algorithms in the fields of digital health.
3. Experience in screening, evaluating and prioritizing early-stage technologies.
4. Business Development, negotiation and marketing experience.
5. Good legal and Intellectual Property knowledge.
6. Extensive knowledge of, and ability to learn, the healthcare industry, trends, business models and competitive landscape.
7. Independent and self-motivated yet team player, organized, good communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage processes, develop standards.
8. Entrepreneurship spirit.
9. Self-motivated and able to initiate and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
10. Education: Advanced degree in healthcare related engineering or science. Good understanding of medical technology and clinical development.

working along with system integrators and end-customers.

Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Design and implement a strategic business plan in your area of responsibility that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives in remote territories
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with system integrators and end-customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create and present periodical reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Job Requirements:Experience sales position in different countries and across cultures
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Knowledge/knowhow &experience with current technologies within the IT/Telecom/Software Domains – advantage
