High Tech Company1. Lead a team of off-shore developers through the releases, Keep team members motivated and engaged while maintaining a positive team environment.

Job Requirements:Experienced front-end-developer with ability to work with the full stack
2+ years as a Team Lead in an Agile environment
5+ years of experience with HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS
2+ years of demonstrated experience with React
Hands-on experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS 6.
Experience with Unit Testing Libraries / Frameworks such as Jasmine, Cypress or others
Strong coding skills for object-oriented programming and SOA with advanced programming constructs such as multi-threaded programming, dependency injection, etc.
Disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently and in close collaboration within an Agile development team
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Working with databases such Cassandra, Redis or equivalent
Design and business sense.
