קונימבו מגייסת רכז/ת גיוס ורווחה לתפקיד עצמאי ומגוון, הכולל אחריות על תהליכי הגיוס בחברה לצד תחום רווחת העובדים. התפקיד כולל ניהול גיוס מקצה לקצה, סורסינג ואיתור מועמדים, עבודה שוטפת מול מנהלים מגייסים וחברות השמה, לצד תכנון והפקת אירועי רווחה, קליטת עובדים ומשימות HR שוטפות.
What You'll Do Design and develop AI-powered features and autonomous AI Agents for real-world eCommerce use cases. Build scalable backend services using Node.js to support AI workflows, including RAG architectures and Vector Databases. Develop modern, intuitive user interfaces with React and Next.js. Integrate and optimize Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Llama. Own the AI lifecycle—from prompt engineering and model integration to monitoring and production optimization. Design and integrate REST APIs and Webhooks. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful AI solutions. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
