We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join the Business Applications team. The role includes day-to-day support for a wide range of business applications across the organization, working closely with business users, internal IT teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. The Application Support Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for application-related support, troubleshooting, user guidance, documentation, testing, and implementation activities. The role requires strong service orientation, technological understanding, independent learning capabilities, and the ability to understand business processes and translate them into system-related needs. In addition, the role will support broader departmental and OCIO-related activities, including coordination, follow-up, preparation of materials, reporting, and support for cross-organizational technology initiatives. Over time, after gaining a deep understanding of the organization’s systems, users, and business processes, the role may develop into broader responsibility for specific systems, process improvements, vendor coordination, and management of application-related projects. Responsibilities Provide ongoing application support to business users across multiple organizational systems, including handling user issues, service requests, operational questions, and application-related incidents. Provide technical support for enterprise platforms including Salesforce, LMS, AI platforms, Veeva, and other systems that support the organization’s daily operations. Work closely with business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors to resolve issues, support business needs, and promote system improvements. Support the implementation of new systems, processes, enhancements, and changes, including testing, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and go-live support. Identify business needs and opportunities to improve processes through existing or new system capabilities. Support the management of change requests, system enhancements, developments, and application improvements. Support OCIO and cross-departmental Business Applications activities, including information gathering, task follow-up, coordination with stakeholders, and preparation of materials. Assist in preparing presentations, status updates, reports, business stakeholders, and internal forums. Participate in application-related projects and cross-organizational technology initiatives. Gradually take ownership of specific systems, processes, improvements, and project-related tasks. Perform additional tasks according to departmental needs and direct manager guidance

This unique role has a direct influence over the company’s core financial processes and business model, with full ownership of the regional Gross Margin -as well as other related financial activities. The scope includes financial modeling, monthly closing and reporting, profitability analysis and more, all involving accounting support as well as internal control processes. The position enjoys direct working relationship with senior management, cross functional teams, as well as external partners Lead the revenue and cost accounting areas, including end to end processes, controls, and review of key activities and outputs. Lead and support the accounting treatment of complex revenue and cost transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Develop and implement complex financial models in alignment with contractual terms and accounting requirements. Conduct detailed monthly analyses and provide actionable insights to senior management. Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and financial reporting processes, including inventory management, in compliance with accounting standards. Collaborate with external partners and prepare periodic reporting. Collaborate with cross functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, IT and regional stakeholders) to identify, analyze, and streamline ongoing operations and reporting requirements. Review legal agreements to ensure alignment with financial principles, workflows, standards, and proper accounting adoption. Maintain and update price lists, discounts, and pricing exceptions. Liaise with external auditors throughout audit processes. Lead and support ad hoc financial projects as required.

The Legal Counsel holds end-to-end strategic and operational ownership of Medison's global privacy, data protection and technology legal matters. The role is responsible for proactively shaping, leading and embedding a global privacy program across all Medison entities and regions, owning cross-functional initiatives (with IBT, HR, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory and Tech Ops) and ensuring lawful, secure and ethical processing of personal data across the partner, patient, employee and HCP data lifecycles. The role also includes hands-on legal management of the company's technology procurement agreements with enterprise platform vendors (including SaaS, AI tools, and cybersecurity), from drafting and negotiation through ongoing contract lifecycle management, while also providing legal advice to the company’s departments on various legal issues. Technology Procurement Agreements: Drive drafting and negotiation of technology procurement agreements – SaaS, licensing, IT services, AI tools, DPAs, and security vendor contracts. Information Security Partnership: Build and maintain close working relationships with the relevant stakeholders in the IBT department, ensuring Legal involvement in planning and execution of technology projects. AI Governance: Serve as the legal owner of Medison's AI Usage Policy and AI governance, including review of GenAI features for privacy, confidentiality and data-flow implications. Geo-Expansion Privacy Readiness: Lead privacy work-streams for market entry. Training, Awareness & Culture: Own the Privacy Training Program and embed privacy as part of Medison's organizational DNA. Risk Management: Deliver privacy & data-security risk assessments, propose mitigation strategies, and drive prioritization based on business and regulatory impact. Business Partnering & Proactive Leadership: Act as a strategic, proactive business partner to the company’s stakeholders, leading processes end-to-end and influencing cross-functional outcomes. Corporate and Commercial Legal Support: Provide legal consultation to company departments on a wide range of legal matters.
