What YOU will do?


Work closely with developers in few SaaS scrum teams, Dev-Ops and Product owners
Recruit, train, coach team members and set a high technical bar for the team
Take a major part in the development and execution testing and complex use cases in a SaaS product
Work with SaaS technologies such as Kafka, Kubernetes and Mongo DB
Work under tight deadlines, Go-Live once every 3 weeks
Job Requirements:B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent.
2-5 years of direct management experience.
Experience and understanding of SaaS product release process.
Team player, yet with the ability to work independently.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent team player with good communication Skills.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Java – Advantage.
Experience with managing automation project for SaaS product - Advantage.

What YOU will do?

Assist with monthly close and AP related transaction
Prepare intercompany reconciliations
Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation
Prepare for quarterly and annual audits and reviews
Ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:Certified Bookkeeper, type 3 is an advantage
3+ years bookkeeping experience within a Hi-Tech or “multi-national” company
English (both spoken and written)
Experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite – advantage).

What YOU will do?

Respond to escalated technical issues surrounding the Zerto platform, primarily by web portal, telephone, and e-mail
Interfaces directly with customers at different stages of problem resolution process including understanding customer issues, communicating action plans for resolution, explaining developments, and conveying resolution
Resolve complex technical issues through research, log analysis, issue reproduction, and advanced troubleshooting
Work directly with other technical support staff, quality assurance, development, and the Account Team to resolve problems
Manages own schedule of cases, which includes determining priority levels and negotiating and setting expectations with customers
Thoroughly documents all issues, develops and reviews content for knowledge base.
Job Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise\Datacenter software solutions support
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and other networking concepts.
Customer-focused and team-oriented.
Must have a passion for troubleshooting client problems and satisfying customer needs
Must be self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent spoken and written English

Preferred

Experience with VMware vSphere family
Experience in MS Hyper-V product/solution
Experience in AWS virtualization
S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or equivalent work experience
VCP certification
Cloud Computing experience
Computer Science degree
Linux or UNIX familiarity with the installation and configuration of Linux or UNIX operating systems & setup and operation of TCP/IP networking on Linux or UNIX systems
Understanding of storage subsystems.
