Agile Quality Assurance

Required an Agile Quality Assurance.
As an agile QA you will have 3 major responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance .
Quality Audit verifying the business requirements. Provide additional feedback and raise concerns. Communicate with the product to refine the requirements and usability.
Quality Coaching & Mentoring making the development team aware of the required quality, tools and behavior.
QA Monitoring retrospective on the quality assurance process. Find ways to improve the quality and the process.
2.Quality Control
Executing E2E and performing testing activities.
Mostly this refers to complex UX and UI, integration tests and critical logical parts.
3. Production Escalations .
In some more details, the role of an Agile QA is to insure the successful implementation and delivery of the teams features by leading the practices, mentoring team members, assisting team members and applying end to end testing
