What You’ll Do:
* Conduct engaging Product Demos & lead smooth client Onboarding
* Provide hands-on technical support & assist with integrations
* Deep-dive into complex troubleshooting and resolve client issues fast
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global clients
דרישות התפקיד
Fluent spoken & written English (MUST)
Strong technical aptitude & sharp troubleshooting skills
Tech-savvy, quick learner with great interpersonal & communication skills
Significant Advantage:
Prior experience in Technical Support, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management
Hands-on experience with CRM/ticketing tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Jira)
Familiarity with web tracking, APIs, or AdTech/MarTech
