A technology company within the CodeValue Group is growing and looking for a Technical Recruiter to join its recruitment team.
The company specializes in consulting, managing, and developing complex technology projects across Software, Cloud, DevOps, Cyber, AI, and ICT, working with leading organizations in the government and defense sectors.
The Role Includes:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from defining the position to hiring
Recruiting for a variety of technical positions
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and additional recruitment channels
Publishing job openings, screening CVs, and conducting phone and face-to-face interviews
Managing and accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process
Working directly with hiring managers and clients
Recruiting for projects in the government and defense sectors
Location:
The company is currently located in Holon
In the coming months, the company will relocate to new offices in Petah Tikva
דרישות התפקיד
At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment – Must
Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and social media
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently
Experience working directly with hiring managers and clients
Experience recruiting for the government and defense sectors – Significant advantage
Good command of Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience working with HUNTER – Advantage
Strong organizational skills, ownership, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong recruiting intuition and ability to identify the right candidates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
