תיאור משרה
Full life cycle of Functional Testers (FT)’s HW and SW, test automation SW and infrastructure, test report databases and query tools , from development to bring up, commissioning, delivery at quantities, maintaining high availability and reliability goals through the operation time of all deliverables, issue management, support and RCA – until decommissioning of ATE.
Planning, timely execution of and routine status reporting for all ATE aspects.
Quality and configuration control of ATEs.
ATE availability and test efficiency through employment of test automation and reliability tool-chains.
Roadmap and continuous improvement in TAT for delivery, reliability, test time and test stability – through employment of state of the art test technologies, automation and common reusable building blocks.
Team building and managing ATE HW, SW, automation and delivery teams in Israel and their support in AST space-mobile global production sites.
Work in close collaboration with System Engineering – to establish test methods and pass/fail criteria , with HW digital and RF validation teams to reuse R&D test protocols and APIs, with embedded-SW – to implement BSP and built in test-features in ATE, with NPI and Engineering – to delivery ATE to production sites and product integration workflows, with QA – to meet test and reports quality requirements and support QA tests, and with Production /MSI – to support and troubleshoot ATE issues.

Engineering (electronics, mechanics) B.Sc degree , M.Sc – preferred.
Proven 10 years + practical experience and competency in developing and validation of HW/SW ATE or building blocks in relevant industries (communication/LTE , embedded SW/HW/RF electronics – mobile, automotive, medical)
Experienced in test automation solutions, RF test methods and tools, automated test technologies, test script languages – (Python/PyTest , C# ) test runners and automation (TestRail, others), Test results repo and data-bases: Artifactory, Postgres-SQL, ProfiSignal ; Power-BI tools
Proven success in multidisciplinary team building and team management with at least 10 team members, and cross-functional collaborative work with internal stake holders – preferably across multiple geographies.
Competency in acceptance test and commissioning processes for ATE, including GaugeR&R methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, high level of reporting and planning.
Hebrew – fluent, English – fluent + technical writing skills
Delivery of ATE to engineering and production sites, including close support and troubleshooting.
