• Maintain and update CRM systems (leads, accounts, order records) • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries • Manage quotes, proposals, and order documentation • Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance teams • Track open orders and follow up on customer inquiries • Support onboarding of new distributors and partners
