Position summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our cutting-edge Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) solutions. This position requires an adaptable professional capable of working in diverse indoor and outdoor environments, delivering exceptional technical support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across various sites in Israel.
Key responsibilities:
• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repairs of Atmospheric Water Generation units.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and water-flow technical issues, delivering efficient and accurate solutions.
• Accurately read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide system assembly and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with technical teams and share information across the organization.
• Train customers on system operations and maintain positive relationships with customers for future services.
• Manage and execute service calls under non-standard, flexible hours to meet urgent operational demands and minimize system downtime.
• Provide clear, professional technical documentation and reports following every service visit.
• Comply with company safety rules and regulations.

Job requirements and qualifications:
• Strong hands-on background in mechanics, electronics, or electro-mechanics (relevant technical degree or certification preferred).
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Comfort and physical readiness to work in fluctuating environments, spanning both climate-controlled indoor spaces and outdoor field conditions.
• Native or bilingual Hebrew speaker with a solid, basic command of English (sufficient for reading technical manuals and communication).
• Valid Israeli car driving license (Manual/Automatic) with a clean driving record.
• High flexibility and willingness to work non-standard hours or handle on-call duties based on client and project needs.
